Regular Leagues
Ladies, Men, Mixed, and
"No-League / Spare-Only"
- Annual Club Membership - $100.00 per person. Includes adding yourself to spares list(s)
- Individual Curler Fee (ICF) once per season
- League Fee (Men, Ladies, Mixed) - $200.00 per person
- Discount: $100 off for second Regular League
- League fees are proportionate based on 4 players per team, so a team of 5 players would pay 200 * 4/5 each; a team of 3 players would pay 200 * 4/3 each; etc.
Special Leagues
no Annual Club Membership fee, but must pay ICF once per season
- Drop-In (formerly Seniors) - per game drop-in fee 5$/game
- Sturling - 50$/person for 6-game rounds, 30$/person for 4-game rounds
- Doubles Open League - 100$/person for 10-game round, 30$/person for 4-game rounds
- Spring Open League - 40$/person 4-game round
Other Leagues
- Juniors - run by the City of Cold Lake
- Super League - run independently
Examples of fees
- One Regular League... 100 + 200 = $300 (+ ICF)
- Two Regualar Leagues... 100 + 200 + 200 - 100 = $400 (+ ICF)
- Team of more than four players:
the fee a team of 6 would be 100 + 200*4/6 = 100+134 = $234/person (+ ICF)
- Example for team of three:
the fee for a team of 3 would be 100 + 200*4/3 = 100+267 = $367/person (+ ICF)
- Two Regular Leagues + Special League (Open):
100 + 200 + (200-100) + 40 = 440$/person (+ ICF)
- Three Special Leagues (Sturling.p1 + Doubles.p1 + Open): 50+100+40 = 190$/person (+ ICF)
PAYMENT
Registration will be completed upon payment.Payment due by noon three days prior to the first game; this is to finalize team count for the DrawMaster.
How would you like to pay:
- "credit/debit" = online payment
- "at the club" = eTransfer to ColdLakeCurlingClub@gmail.com. Include in the note of your eTransfer the invoice#, and the name of the person(s) for whom this payment covers.
If you want to make partial payment by credit card (e.g. you're going to have bingo credits soon), you submit your order using pay "at the club", then open the order and "add a payment". See illustrated instructions Partial Payment
To consider alternate arrangements for payment, contact us three business days before payment is due.
CLCC Membership Benefits
Your full membership gives you:
- Formal Curl Alberta Club Affiliation – This is required to enter provincial / national competitions
- You can join any/all spares list for free
- You get a snowball number
- You can use any open ice (during league hours) for free
- You are in the running for [League Recognition / Prizes]
- You may vote at club General Meeting
- You are a bonafide member of a cool club 😊
Note that Regular Leagues include full membership; whereas special leagues do not include full membership

Casual Spare
Pay the Individual Curler Fee, can only spare for one team, and only a few times a season. [See Products / Debit_ICF]
This fee must be paid at your first game and a liability waiver must be signed prior to stepping onto the ice. This is strictly a spare fee, no club membership benefits are included with this fee.
